NPLQ Lifeguard Course at the Club
We are running a NATIONAL POOL LIFEGUARD QUALIFICATION (NPLQ) Course at the club. This is a Nationally recognised qualification which will enable you to work as a lifeguard in swimming pools across the Country.
The dates for the course are:
WEDNESDAY 10th SEPTEMBER to FRIDAY 12th SEPTEMBER
and
TUESDAY 16th SEPTEMBER to FRIDAY 19th SEPTEMBER.
TIMES: 10am - 6pm
PRICE: £235 (Includes all learning aids)

Badminton Ladder
If you are interested in competing in a Badminton ladder (similar to Tennis Ladder) please email dan.wright@frank-lee.com for details. If you are in the club you can also leave your details in my message book behind Reception.
The matches would be played at quiet times in the sports hall and mostly weekends when the court is free.
The start date would be Mid-late September.

Active Birth Yoga For Pregnant Women
With Gillian Nevin
Starts Saturday 6th September 2008
Active Birth Yoga will strengthen your body in preparation for your birth. You will learn how to relieve stress, with breathing and relaxation included in every class. The exercises will improve your posture and can help to reduce the strains of pregnancy.
The exercises are gentle, safe and easy to follow, and are suitable for any stage of pregnancy.

£8.00 per class
