All Levels - OPEN TO EVERYONE This level is for all people regardless of your fitness ability |
Level 1 – BEGINNERS For people new to exercise. This level is designed to ease you into exerciseand to gradually improve your fitness levels |
Level 2 – GETTING FITTER Suitable for people who have been exercising for a little whileand are gradually improving their fitness levels |
Level 3 – ALREADY FIT Suitable for people who regularly exercise and have a good overall level of fitness |
Level 4 – VERY FIT Suitable for people who have a very high level of fitness and like a challenge |
