WHAT FITNESS LEVEL AM I?

To ensure you are in the right Class or Gym Workshop to suit your fitness ability, please use the guide below:

All Levels - OPEN TO EVERYONE

This level is for all people regardless of your fitness ability

Level 1 – BEGINNERS

For people new to exercise. This level is designed to ease you into exercise
and to gradually improve your fitness levels

Level 2 – GETTING FITTER

Suitable for people who have been exercising for a little while
and are gradually improving their fitness levels

Level 3 – ALREADY FIT

Suitable for people who regularly exercise and have a good overall level of fitness

Level 4 – VERY FIT

Suitable for people who have a very high level of fitness and like a challenge
