  As an experienced Personal Trainer I tailor sessions and programmes to my clients' individual needs, likes and dislikes so that you are able to make common sense, realistic and sustainable changes without a struggle.
  • You will receive a free initial consultation to find out what you really want for yourself and by when!
  • I will assess your current fitness level and lifestyle and nutritional intake (without judgement or inspection of your lavatory offerings as seen on T.V.!) so we know exactly where you are now and decide on your best possible route to success.
  • With my experience of using tried and tested progressive programmes with all types of clients, there will be minimal steps to your goal(s), setting a solid foundation of fitness so you can achieve them without overdoing it, losing interest or both.
  • I will incorporate the most relevant exercise techniques and equipment into your programming so you won’t have to sift through all the hype, fads and total myth about exercise and nutrition that is in the media.
  • As your trainer I'll give you not only a helping hand with motivation and time management to put changes into place, but I will also show you how to take the 'grim' out of gym and put some 'x-factor' back into exercise.
My commitment to all of my clients is to deliver a professional and effective service. I don't pretend to be perfect and I don't expect my clients to be either, which is why I offer training solutions for real people with real goals. From the complete novice to the experienced enthusiast, I make your training relevant for you and what you want/ need from it.
