This class will strengthen your body in preparation for your birth, including breathing and relaxation techniques. Open to non members.

BODY COMBAT
Body Combat is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This program is inspired by martial arts such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo and Muay Thai. Supported by powerful music you will kick and punch your way through the calories to a superior cardio fitness level.

BODY COMBAT CLINIC
15 Minute introductory session to learn the moves and techniques used in the class. Not Compulsory.

BODYPUMP CLINIC
A 30 Minute introductory session to Body Pump. Learn the moves and technique. This clinic MUST be attended before entering class.

BODYPUMP®
The most successful group fitness programme in history. BODYPUMP is a 45-60 min class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.

CIRCUITS
A range of exercises using equipment on stations, covering all aspects of fitness, strength, stamina, suppleness and co-ordination. Suitable for all levels.

This class is designed to improve posture, core, pelvic and shoulder stability while increasing muscle tone and helps you on your way to a firmer and flatter stomach. Suitable for all levels.

PULSE RAISER, STRETCH & TONE
Aerobics routine to raise the pulse. Floor work is designed to tone you up and stretch you out.

RPM
RPM is an indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with resistance and pedal speed.

SOCA SKIP
Soca Skip is unique and straight from the Carribean. This class is a combination of skipping and challenging body condtioning exercises. It's done in a rhythmic fashion to Soca music. It's an amazing workout and so much fun!

SPINNING
Climb hills, downhill sprints, bumpy terrain, all without leaving the building. The ultimate calorie killer workout. Static cycling on stationary bikes set to inspiring powerful music.

A fantastic fun cardiovascular workout using steps and also great for toning legs and bums. Suitable for those with a moderate fitness level and co-ordination.

Thighs, Tums and Bums. A low impact class designed to target those problem areas.
